Terms and Conditions - Gdon.Photography

Payment:
Full or remaining payment must be settled on or before the date of the wedding.

Delivery of Final Products:

The final products will be delivered between 8 to 16 weeks. Any requested additional edits may extend the delivery time.
 

Rescheduling:
Rescheduled weddings can be accommodated only if the new date does not conflict with an existing booking.
 

Exclusivity:
Gdon.Photography will be the exclusive wedding videographers and/or photographers.
 

Additional Hours:
Any coverage extending beyond the agreed time will incur a charge of £100 per hour.
 

Access and Permissions:
It is the client’s responsibility to secure access to all areas for videography and/or photography. The client assumes all responsibilities for obtaining the necessary permissions, clearances, and permits required for Gdon.Photography to photograph/video each event, whether public or private.
 

Camera Positions and Timing:
The client assumes responsibility for obtaining and retaining permission for access to requested camera positions. It's also the client's responsibility to inform Gdon.Photography of all timings and locations for the wedding day. Any changes in timings should be promptly communicated to Gdon.Photography.

Creative Control and Style:
All creative aspects, including shooting and editing style, are at the discretion of Gdon.Photography. The client acknowledges familiarity with the company's portfolio and requests services with an understanding of the company's style. Photos or videos shall not be subject to rejection based on taste or aesthetic criteria as the client is aware of Gdon.Photography's artistic style.

Editorial Control:
The client grants full editorial and production control to Gdon.Photography for all aspects of production and post-production services. The client acknowledges that Gdon.Photography has exclusive discretion in producing videography and/or photography.

Force Majeure:
Gdon.Photography will not be liable for production problems beyond our control, such as bad weather, accidents, or interference from guests.

Product Satisfaction:
Upon receiving the finished product, the client must inform Gdon.Photography of any technical or other issues within 7 days. After this period, the client will be considered satisfied with the product.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
